| Description | The work includes demolition of existing A/C system in area 3C (RTU 3-3), existing ductwork, and suspended ceiling. Provide VFD HVAC system with emergency shutoff switch, ductwork, and controls. Provide an elevated steel platform on the roof to support the air handling unit and augment the existing roof ductwork penetrations. Provide suspended ceiling and LED light fixtures with updated controls. Existing fire alarm signals, speakers, and other appurtenances that are on the existing ceiling are to be temporarily supported or removed, salvaged, and reinstalled to the ceiling. |
