183 CES Repair Boilers & Pumps P-48

The 183d Wing Base Contracting Office intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform the Repair Boilers & Pumps Building P-48 in Springfield, IL (Sangamon County). The existing boilers are over 15 years old and are in need of replacement in order to be more efficient. The unit heaters in Rooms 126 and 104 are undersized and need to be removed and replaced. Work of this contract comprises providing all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to remove the existing boilers and provide new boilers and associated equipment on the existing concrete housekeeping pads and to remove and replace three unit heaters.
