CHS Colt Center Improvements

Work to be performed: Interior improvements Availability: All proposals will include the availability of this work to be completed over summer break 2023 if bid is accepted. And, there may only be a three week window between July and August to complete. Work to be performed: New LVT as specified below and new cabinets in the kitchen area Summary of Work: Remove flooring, prep and level surface, and replace with LVT as requested. Approx. 5,947 sq. ft. LVT (NIMBUS ID Latitude: Stria marble nimbus 5102 18"x 18". Reference number 251176024) Rubber base will also need to be removed and replaced with a new black base. Kitchen cabinets to be removed, disposed of, and replaced with new upper and lower cabinets. Also, must include a new countertop, new double bowl sink (stainless), and faucet (brushed nickel). Lower kitchen cabinets are 24 linear feet . Cabinet design- Mills Pride Richmond in Venetian Onyx. Available at Home Depot Upper cabinets are 17 linear feet ( do not include above microwave). Cabinet designMills Pride Richmond in Venetian Onyx. Countertops are 24 linear feet. Counter tops to be Wilsonart Duomo Quartz Q4007. Alternate- New side by side refrigerator, new electric stove, and new microwave. Please list the alternates requested as alternate and provide separate pricing for these items. Alternates should all be stainless steel in appearance. All old materials and equipment removed to be discarded by the contractor and will require a 30-yard dumpster at the contractor's expense.
