| Description | The purpose of this invitation is to establish pricing for Longitudinal Channelizer Systems and Component Parts. Only the systems listed on the Departments Approved List will be considered for award. The effective duration of this contract shall be from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. ODOT will accept all responsive bids submitted on or before the specified bid opening date and make an award to all responsive bidders pursuant to O.R.C. 5513.02. Delivery shall be made within 30 calendar days upon written or verbal notification of a valid State of Ohio purchase order. Invitation No. 020-23 2 5.1: Delivery Hours All deliveries shall be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays, unless special permission is granted by the Department to temporarily waive or adjust this requirements.
