Questions shall be submitted in writing to Joseph Terry, AECOM, 200 Indiana Avenue, Stevens Point, Wisconsin 54481; or by email: joe.terry@aecom.com; at least seven days before the established date for receipt of Bids. Notice is hereby given by the Village of Plover, Wisconsin, that it will receive Sealed Bids for Project ID 60694922 - RIVER DRIVE SANITARY EXTENSION. PROJECT: The major work consists of the following items: Pulverizing and haul-ing approximately 6640 SY of asphalt pavement and base. approximately 1455 linear feet of 8-Inch PVC Sanitary Sew-er, 5 manholes, 20 sanitary laterals, and providing, placing, and grading 5048 tons base coarse. TIME AND PLACE OF BID OPENING: After the official electronic Bid closing time, the Bid results will be reviewed and read aloud in the Board room at Village Hall, 2400 Post Road, Plover. BID SECURITY: A bid bond or certified check, payable to the Village of Plover, in the amount of not less than 5% or more than 10% of the Bid shall accom-pany each Bid as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish 100% performance and payment bonds within 15 days after notice of award of the contract by the Village. WAGE SCALE: Prevailing hourly wage rates are not required as Part of Wisconsin Act 55. CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTOR shall pay competi-tive wages for each classification of em-ployee engaged in the work. BID REJECTION: The Village reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous to the Village's best interest. BID WITHDRAWAL: All Bids shall re-main subject to acceptance for a period of 60 days after the time and date set for the opening thereof.
