WOCC Miscellaneous Roof Repairs

Work Order Contract for Construction (WOCC) agreement with Roofing Contractors to\address various roofing issues on an as needed basis. Contractor must be available on 24/7 notice and be physically located within a 50 mile radius of campus to provide a maximum of a two (2) hour response time to on-site emergency services if called upon. Work included under this Contract consists of working in various locations and conditions on all campuses of Indiana University of Pennsylvania located in Indiana, Jefferson, and Armstrong Counties. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, repair of various types of roofs. The contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete each project in accordance with current building codes and to the approval of the State System of Higher Education.
