| Description | Cleaning, Patching and Painting of Units The Housing Authority of the County of Beaver, a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process, in accordance with 24 CFR 85.36, for the procurement of cleaning, patching and painting of units, the scope of which shall include those services associated with the operations and management of all housing programs administered within its operational jurisdiction. The minimum qualifications are: 1) Contractor must be staffed to turn over thirty five (35) units per month. 2) Painters must have at least two (2) years experience in residential and commercial painting and cleaning. |
