ABC Board - Warehouse Expansion Project

Provide architectural and engineering design for a proposed Warehouse Expansion Project located at 230 International Drive, Concord, NC 28027. This project is for the construction of additional space that will be approximately 8,700 square feet. The additional space will be for storage. The following is a general description of the work required. This is not intended to be allinclusive. 1. Prepare preliminary site and building layout for the board’s approval. 2. Check and verify preliminary layout to ensure completeness. 3. Perform study on existing conditions of site. 4. Complete drawings including grading plans and specifications for a formal bid process. 5. Obtain all permits and approvals for construction. 6. Prepare bid documents and hold pre-bid conference. 7. Provide cost estimates. 8. Open and verify bids. 9. Conduct pre-construction conferences. 10. Shop drawing review. 11. Provide construction inspections. 12. Conduct monthly or as needed progress meetings. 13. Process change orders. 14. Review and approve pay requests from contractors. 15. Monitor construction site for safety/OSHA compliance.
