2024 Site Improvements at Rochelle Township High School & Tilton Elementatry School

1. Contract 01: Project Consists of the removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, storm structures, concrete sidewalk, pavement striping, mud jacking existing sidewalk, site restoration, and associated work as identified here-in at Rochelle Township High School. 2. Contract 02: Project Consists of the removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, storm structures, storm piping, site grading for detention basin, concrete sidewalk, pavement striping, signage, site restoration, and associated work as identified here-in at Tilton Elementary School. 3. There is an option to bid both Contract 01 and Contract 02 as a combined contract. 4. Type of Contract: a. Each Contract will be constructed under a single prime contract.
