Must be compatible with a 30-amp service for electric Must have LED lighting inside and out, including overhead light on interior and lighted mirror Must have a waste tank that can be emptied from a dump valve with ball shut off front end cap…no bottom dump alone Electric monitor panel for waste tank preferred Plastic waste tank is preferred Must be able to hook up to public water (fresh water tank not needed but if standard, that is acceptable) Must have heat and A/C Must be useable during winter without freezing so it should have full insulation—tank should be heated and insulated, all service areas heated and a artic skirt around the base Must have two units—one with sink and toilet, one with sink, urinal and toilet. Space must be large enough for a changing table. Hot water heater preferred. Construction should be free from wood, but rather composite, aluminum, etc. Doors must be able to be locked when unit is closed. No towel, toilet paper, hand soap containers are needed. Will be installed/supplied by owner. Size and configuration should be within the range of 15’3” x 5’4” Color should be neutral.
