Columbia Park Site Improvements

1. Coordinate with PSE&G utilities for installation of a New Electric Service, 2. Furnish and Install a pad mount Electric Cabinet to be utilized as a mounting surface for new service meter, and to house electric panels, equipment, and associated materials. Cabinet shall be rated NEMA 3R minimum, 3. Furnish and install decorative light fixtures (pole and fixture head) controlled by a 24 hour astronomical time clock. Coordinate with owner for hours of operation, 4. Provide a circuit for pole mounted receptacles, 5. Included in the Base Bid is for the Contractor to provide spare 2” conduits and junction box as shown on the Contract Drawings for a New Security System (this New Security System shall be included in the Contractor’s bid as an Alternate). 6. All associated conduit and wiring between enclosures and light fixtures
