The Project consists of Removal of Existing Metal Roofing , Removal of Damaged Dry Wall, Providing and Installing Roof Decking, New Metal Roof, New Drywall, Painting and Insulation Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid.
