Description

As of March 1, 2023, the project needs have been reevaluated as follows: Installation of one 48,000 BTU Hyper Heat pump. The heat pump will have 4 heads. One 18,000 BTU high wall head in the upstairs living space and one 6,000 BTU high wall head in the upstairs bedroom. There will also be an 18,000 highwall head in the downstairs living area and a 6000 BTU high wall head for the downstairs bedroom. The existing propane space heaters need to be removed and the propane lines capped at a safe location. Estimates to include all necessary piping components and wiring, removal of the old heating units, and complete clean up.CONTRACTOR shall provide to OWNER and ACAP a written one year full parts and labor warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty shall go into effect upon acceptance of finished work. All billing should be directed to Albany Community Action Partnership 333 Sheridan Ave Albany, NY 12206. Please contact our client directly for scheduling. Construction start is expected in April 2023.
