| Description | Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to replace the water heater system at the Northern Service Center in West St. Paul. Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision to remove existing water heater and install new electric high efficient 120 gallon water heater system(s). Replacement of one existing water heater. - Isolate domestic hot water supply and return piping from building - Disconnect electrical and piping from existing water heater. - Remove existing water heater and replace with new high efficiency rated water heater - Install new ball valves on supply and return piping to new water heater - All plumbing required to install new water heater shall be included - All electrical work required to install new water heater shall be included - Old water heater shall be removed from site and discarded by contractor - HW piping insulation for all new piping and patching of existing to be included. Insulation material to match existing. |
