City of union city (third occasion) bid specifications for private on-site inspection agency to serve as elevator subcode official, in accordance with n.J.A.C. 5:23-4.13 and n.J.A.C. 5:23-12.1 et seq. For a period of two (2) years with an option to renew for a third year at no additional costto thecity notice to bidders notice is hereby given. Must be addressed to the City of Union City and clearly marked BID PROPOSAL FOR ELEVATOR SUB CODE OFFICIAL The Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities as may be deemed best in the best interest of the City of Union City as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
