Description

The Oregon Employment Department (OED), a tenant at the DAS Owned Employment Building, would like to upgrade seven (7) drinking fountains throughout the facility all seven (7) drinking fountains throughout the facility to be replaced with Elkay EZH20 ADA compliant Bottle Filling Stations, model LZS8WSLK with Filtered Bi-Level LZ Cooler (or similar with approval)Work shall be completed no later than June 30, 2021.A Bid Bond is not required under this solicitation. Performance Bond and Payment Bond are not required under the contract,This Project WILL NOT be subject to Prevailing Wage Rates All questions must be submitted in writing before 2:00 PM, Thursday June 10, 2021
