Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center Skilled Care Unit Remodel and Expansion

Scope : remodel the existing SCU in Building E and expand it by constructing a new building addition. This project is required to address the lack of SCU space and additional programming needs of the aging resident population at SRSTC. The SCU expansion will give SRSTC the ability to safely house and treat older and more medically frail residents. As of August 2023, the project is in design. The project is anticipated to be advertised for construction bids in the spring 2024. Construction is anticipated to begin in September 2024 and be completed in 2026.
