Plans call to build a 15-story building north of the Sports Castle. The Sports Castle Building would be preserved for some type of public use space such a a grocery store, restaurant or event venue. The four-story podium would have some ground-floor retail space and 328 parking spaces, according to the plans. Above on floors five through 15 would be 325 apartments. As of January 5, 2021, this project is preliminary design. Information regarding a general contractor has not been released.
