Elk Meadow Park Stagecoach Trailhead Improvements

The Project scope includes development of schematic designs, full construction documents needed for permitting and construction, permitting at the federal, state, and local level, and ultimately construction of the Trailhead improvements. These improvement s will generally include a redesigned and larger parking lot off Stagecoach Boulevard, a new restroom, full closure and restoration of the south parking area, an at - grade pedestrian crossing of Stagecoach Boulevard, and visitor amenities such as shelters, picnic areas, and ancillary infrastructure.
