Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Norwich, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Transition halide lights to LED lights on the tennis courts. Also complete the parking lots and lighting at the facility. As of June 22, 2022, this project is in the early planning phase. An engineer has not been selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to May 2023.
