Description

The Board is requesting qualifications for Construction Management Services. Awarded Construction Manager shall work with the School Board’s Facility Development & Programming Department and the selected Architecture Firm on the project described above. The Contractor shall be responsible for assisting during the preliminary design; the design development; and the construction document phase, including scheduling and coordination, and will be responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of the project.
