Description | This project has been officially awarded to Exxel Pacific Inc. The work includes the remodel of approximately 949 square feet of an existing Cath Lab Procedure Room and Control Room. The existing ceiling mounted Siemens cath lab unit and Berchtold medical gas/power boom will be removed by owner and new systems installed. The new systems include the ceiling mounted Philips Azurion 7 cath lab unit and Skytron medical gas/power boom which is to be installed by vendors. A new rooftop HVAC unit including reconfigured ductwork will also be installed to support Cath Lab #2. New work will also include new rubber sheet flooring, suspended GWB ceiling, Unistrut support framing system, painting, structural, mechanical, electrical underslab power and lighting, and additional shielding Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, electron-ic bond or security bond made payable to the order of Skagit Regional Health, for the sum of not less than five (5) percent of he amount of the bid. Incomplete bids and bids received after the day and hour stated above will not receive consideration. No bidder may withdraw his/ her bid after the date and hour set for bid submittal unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. All questions regarding the project must be received no later than llam on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. Answers to any questions received prior to the deadline will be published via addenda on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Skagit Regional Health reserves the right, to reject all bids and waive any informality in the proposals. |
