Paradise Valley Mall Phase 1 Electrical and Landscape

This package consists of new parking lot lighting, power pedestals, landscape and irrigation. Future bid packages will include buildout of the pads and infrastructure of the various portions of the site. Interested contractors are asked to review the Instructions to Bidders for detailed information regarding scope and the various documents included in the bid package. This project includes scopes of work overlapping adjacent projects and bidders are asked to follow the instruction closely and to bid the scope as directed. Trade contracts will be awarded based on this round of bidding. Proposing contractors are expected to "fill in the blanks" to the best of their ability and to identify the additional scope they've included. All communications are to be addressed to the CM on the project, Okland Construction, not to the owner or design team. A MANDATORY Bid Form has been provided.
