University of Maine at Farmington Merrill Hall Facade Restoration - Windows

Project scope façade restoration for 3-4 story masonry and stone building; work to cover but not limited to; removal, replacement of windows - matching existing - First Floor - Main floor windows are included as base bid, windows on other floors are assigned as bid alternates, as noted on plans. This work, provided with limited base bid scope of work, and alternate(s) as added work for windows to be provided beyond scope of base bid, will include related trim, accessory trim, ornamentation with the masonry opening, wood dentil trim, grilles, flashings and sealants, etc. All noted windows are to be removed, replaced as noted, and installed, verified in the field, from the exterior in so far as practical, so as to not adversely affect / impact / damage existing interior finishes and trim. > and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
