Description

1. Remove existing conduit and wiring between Panel MA and Panel MB. 2. Remove existing branch circuits and wiring between Panel MA and existing electrical boiler. 3. Existing conduit may be reused and be reworked at connection to new panel and new boiler if new equipment allows. Contractor responsible for verifying existing conduit is in condition to be reused and will reach new equipment. 4. Remove existing Panel MA. 5. Provide new replacement panel (1,200-amp Square D I-Line distribution panel) and reconnect existing conduit and wiring per the attached panel schedule. 6. Provide new conduit and wiring between new replacement Panel MA and existing Panel MB. 7. Provide new wiring through new or existing conduit from new panel to new boiler. Existing conduit may require reconfiguration at the panel end as well as the connection end to the boiler. 8. Contractor to make line side connection to new electric boiler installed by others. New boiler cut sheets to be provided by owner prior to commencement of work.
