Description

The Program is designed to help Hamilton County, Ohio homeowners (the "Homeowners"), deemed eligible through an application process, receive necessary home assistance through HVAC system repair and/or replacement, which would help them stabilize their household by allowing them to remain in their home. HVAC Repair/ Replacement Services Program projects must be in jurisdictions participating in the Hamilton County HUD funded programs. The Program will be funded by Community and Development with CDBG funds received from HUD. It is the intent of this RFP to secure proposals for a Contract Term for a period commencing on the date of authorization and approval of a subaward by the Board and expiring on June 30, 2024. Community and Development expects the successful Offeror(s) to have the Program launched in July 2023. Contract duration: 1 year
