RFP Engineering - Feasibility Assessment Study

Question Deadline 01/11/2023. Notice is hereby given that the Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for a Feasibility Assessment Study at the 19 Temple Street, Nashua, NH property. The feasibility study should analyze all of the relevant factors-including technical, financial and operational feasibility with identified risk considerations to ascertain the viability of completing the building modifications and upgrades successfully. The report should include a complete listing of the pros and cons, which will allow for the expenditure outlay to be made with confidence. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject all Proposals and to waive or disregard minor irregularities, informalities, or deficiencies. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to amend this Request for Proposal at any time prior to the receipt of Proposal. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners further reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, in whole or in part, at any time. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners shall be the sole determining factor as to what constitutes an acceptable bid. The bid award shall be subject to annual funding appropriations. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
