Installation of soldier pile and concrete panel wall, 152 linear feet E. Import suitable fill material F. Install 152 linear feet of 6-foot fencing G. Install 175 linear feet of guide rail H. Reconstruct slope supporting Doyle Avenue to required grades I. Install subbase and bituminous binder course J. Install bituminous wearing course and K. Traffics control and maintenance of one lane of traffic.
