Spec. Incubator Building - Cohasset

As of January 5 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Project consists of a new 25,000 SF sprinklered business development building. Project includes three incubator spaces with office area on the north side of the building and production areas to the south of each tenant. Each unit will have accessibility toilet rooms and a mezzanine level above the office area. Toward the south end of the building there will be a communal loading dock area for the tenant spaces. Finish all interior and exterior surfaces exposed to view, unless fully factory-finished and unless otherwise indicated, including the following: 1. Both sides and edges of plywood backboards for electrical and telecom equipment before installing equipment. 2. Exposed surfaces of steel lintels and ledge angles. 3. Paint exposed roof deck and bar joists and interior roof opening supports. 4. Mechanical and Electrical: a. In finished areas, paint shop-primed items.
