Description

Project management firms to act as Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the Fire Station Replacement/Rehabilitation. The Project and this OPM engagement are subject to award by the Norfolk Select Board (the Awarding Authority). Funding is available for the project through the design and bidding phases. The funding on hand is not sufficient for award of a construction project, and appropriation of funds would be required at a future Town Meeting. The not-to-exceed (NTE) Project Manager’s fee is anticipated to be in the range of $40,000 - $60,000 for the feasibility study phase of the project. The Town anticipates negotiating a fee for the balance of services through completion of the project to be in the range of 3.5% - 4.0% of the total project cost. Construction Cost $10 – 12 Million
