Description

Provide Construction Management at Risk Services for construction remodeling at occupied Broward College Central Campus of approx. 17,400 sq ft portion of existing Bldg. 19 - Student Services. The project will include demolition of existing spaces, temporary partitions and safety fencing, construction of new spaces, finishes, technology, wayfinding and complete building services including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Security, Telephone Services, Fire Sprinklers, Alarm Systems, Data, Emergency Power and Energy Management, ADA accessibility. Construction is projected to start June of 2020.
