| Description | Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for System Commissioning services on the following project. The services of this solicitation include, but are not limited to, commissioning of the following systems: 1. Cooling systems. 2. Heating systems. 3. Air handling systems. 4. Smoke controls systems including fans ductwork and interconnected air handling/supply systems. 5. Plumbing systems. 6. Emergency power systems. 7. Electrical systems. 8. Lighting controls. 9. Fire Suppression Systems (Observation). 10. Building Automation Systems (BAS), including verification of correctly installed data points and meters. 11. Data/Communications. 12. Audio Visual. 13. Distributed Antenna (DAS). |
