Elm Towers and Morehead Courts HVAC Renovation

Elm Towers Elm Towers is an eleven story building encompassing common areas and 150 apartments that house elderly/disable resident. The building contains an onsite management office and a large community center on the East side of the building. The existing AHU and condensing units providing fresh air to the building corridors are not functioning, creating uncomfortable space conditions. The contractor will bring the system to modern code with a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS). Morehead courts Morehead Courts is a five story building encompassing common areas and 101 apartments that house elderly/disabled residents. The project includes retrofitting the make up air unit and exhaust fans, the replacement of two on/odd compressors with digital scroll equivalents, modification of constant airflow regulators to apartment exhaust ventilation ducts.
