The Project has been rejected. Contract Id: DN01013 WBS: 2023CPT.14.07.20201, 2023CPT.14.07.20221 County: Cherokee, Clay Length:14.215 Miles Job Type: Mill, Patch, Leveling, Shoulder Reconstruction, Pavement Marking, Traffic Control Contractors bidding on NCDOT contracts must sign up for the Interested Parties List for each project they intend to submit bids on. As part of this new requirement, Contractors must sign up for the Interested Parties List no later than one business day prior to the letting date. Please see attached pages with further information regarding the Interested Parties List. A Bid Bond or Bid Deposit in the Amount of 5% of the Total Amount Bid Will Be Required. The Bidder Shall Submit an Electronic Bid Bond With Each Electronic Bid Submittal Unless They Elect to Furnish a Bid Deposit. Project specific questions should be directed to the Division 14 Contract Office at d14contracts@ncdot.gov The Minimum Wage for Labor Will Be Shown in the Proposal Form for Federal Aid Projects. There is NO pre bid meeting associated with this proposal Contractor's License: a General Contractor's License Is Required in Order to Submit a Bid on Any Non-federal Aid Project Where the Bid Is $30,000.00 or More, Except for Certain Specialty Work as Determined by the Licensing Board.
