Cypremort Point State Park Improvements Project New RV Campground and Road and Parking Area Improvements

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Franklin, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section; and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity. The opinion of probable construction cost for the Base Bid is $2,640,000. The opinion of probable construction cost for Alt No. 1 is $241,000. The opinion of probable construction cost for Alt No. 2 is $97,000. The opinion of probable construct cost for Alt No. 3 is $327,000.
