The project work consists of: The contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove existing asphalt shingles and felt to decking, and replace with new felt and shingles, roof vents, ridge vent, install new eave and rake drip edge to match shingles, install new pipe collars, and install new flashing around all roof chimneys and protrusions. Remove and reinstall guttering if needed. There is no pre-bid meeting for this project.
