Description

The planter program is broken down into “districts” including, but not limited to, the 16th St Mall, Off-Mall, California St, 14th St GID, and the Federal District. Reference Table 2: Scope of Work Matrix for expectations and details pertaining to each district. The planters offer seasonal color and interest throughout the district, serve as a protective barrier between vehicular and pedestrian traffic, aim to provide ecosystem services, and give downtown a cohesive feel through common planters and plantings.
