W--Tent and A/C Unit Rental

The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Tent rental with Period of Performance from delivery date until 31 December 2020. Minimum dimensions of 12'(w) x 15'(L). Tent must have minimum of two entry points that can be secured in a closed position. Tent requires walls on all four sides with windows. All weather non-slip flooring to protect items from moisture while being used. Tent must have A/C capability for use during summer, and heat during colder months. Flooring and setup must ensure water does not pool inside of the tent when set up. Tent will be placed on grass., 2, EA; LI 002: Mobile A/C units rentals with Period of Performance from delivery date until 31 December 2020. Capable of both cooling and heating which are compatible with 12' x 15' tent or provided tent. A/C needs to be able to run on a generator as no base power is available. Must be capable of cooling tent during high temperatures, and heating during lower temperatures., 2, EA; LI 003: Generator rental with Period of Performance from delivery date until 31 December 2020.
