Description

The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, product, equipment, materials, and supervision for the demolition and installation associated with the HVAC Replacement Project at Clearfield (QCF) Long Range Radar (ARSR) site located near Clearfield, Pennsylvania. “Demolition” includes but is not limited to removing and disposing of the existing 4 HVAC units and selective ductwork (as shown on the drawings) from the facility. “Installation” includes but is not limited to providing and installing four (4) new 7.5-ton packaged HVAC units with associated ductwork, HVAC controls, and all associated components at the site. Prior to “installation,” all of the equipment and material shall be reviewed and accepted by a FAA representative.
