LED Lighting Conversion for Kenan Stadium and the Dean Smith Center Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Troy C. Factory-aimed and assembled LED and RGBW for a minimum of 320,000 Lumens of Blue. Lights will be mounted on existing structures. Vendor will provide all mounting hardware, custom mounts, factory wired and tested remote electrical component enclosures and disconnects. For Special Effects (DMX Control) we require a master control cabinet, a touchscreen for onsite control, remote on/off control, onsite dimming, and custom color accent lighting control. Vendor will provide pre-programmed and theatrical light shows as well as custom light shows. Production lighting will include 16 Moving Heads that must be able to be programed to the theatrical and light shows, Hardware and Mounting Brackets and Installation. Vendor will remove and dispose of existing sports lighting fixtures. Work must be completed Mid-June to NLT July 19, 2023. A. Light Performance shall exceed National Broadcast Level B Standards. Factory-aimed and assembled LED and RGBW for a minimum of 192,000 Lumens of Blue. Lights will be mounted on existing structures. Vendor will provide all mounting hardware, custom mounts, factory wired and tested remote electrical component enclosures and disconnects. For Special Effects (DMX Control) we require a master control cabinet, a touchscreen for onsite control, remote on/off control, onsite dimming, and custom color accent lighting control.
