| Description | It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara – Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Carpentry Services on an “as needed” basis (“Contract”). The term contract shall only be used for repair work and replacement of currently existing structures with County approved equivalents. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated or otherwise amended. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier’s check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. |
