| Description | • Removal of existing shingles, estimated to cover 2,500 square feet - horizontal. • Replacement of any damaged plywood decking with approved plywood roof decking. • Replacement of roof flashing, including drip edge, pipe vent collars, and valley flashing. • Installation of water protective membrane along eaves. • Installation of premium synthetic roofing underlayment on roof decking estimated at 2,500 SF - horizontal. • Installation of rigid foam roofing insulation (rated at equal to or greater than R 3.5) beneath shingles • Installation of asphalt roofing shingles, color of choice to be selected by the Neighborhood Center of West Volusia (post contract award) in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. • Installation of an approved ridge vent. • Clean-up of project site and disposal of all project waste. |
