| Description | The Consultant shall provide full Environmental Consulting Services from preliminary review of existing conditions and reports, to additional sampling, project design, Abatement Contractor bidding/ selection, air monitoring during abatement, and final clearances. To further the Owner’s interests, Consultant is to participate in coordination meetings with governing agencies, utility companies, Owner’s staff, Owner’s consultants, and other parties as required throughout the entire course of Project. Environmental Design Consultant shall comply with all requirements of all governing jurisdictions, standards, codes, ordinances and regulations, as well as the covenants applicable to the property. |
