External Tank Inspection - Air Force Academy Colorado

Perform an external AST inspection to include visual inspection of the containment area for Tank 10010 and Tank 10012. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to execute the fuel removal, transfer, or disposal remaining fuel, replace wiper seals, provide strapping charts, clean the tank, and perform an AST (in service or out of service) inspection on the tank(s) as applicable at the location and tanks specified in attachment B and wiper seal replacement as defined

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
