Description DCAMM Certification Required. The work involves all labor and materials necessary for the construction of a new plumbing shop within the existing building footprint, which includes but is not limited to: demolition of concrete slab (in select areas), demolition and reinstallation of existing stair, construction of new fire retardant wood framed practice house, construction of new mezzanine level plumbing storage and access, construction of new two-hour separation between new plumbing shop and existing automotive shop, construction of new concrete handicapped access ramp, new plumbing fixtures in new shop area, revisions to existing HVAC systems, new finishes, etc. Estimated construction cost is two hundred seventeen thousand dollars ($ 217,000), including both alternates.
