Description

Request for qualifications professional engineering services to prepare a capacity evaluation for the northern service area All firms making a submittal must be fully licensed to carry out the duties of their prospective professions as required by the State law. If selected, the proposer shall submit a copy of their Business Registration Certificate and will be required to comply with the Anti-Discrimination requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and waive any informality or technicality in any submittal. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
