Use type II pneumatic tire rollers conforming to 401.13. Project completion prior to October 31 2023. All figures are estimates and will be verified by the contractor prior to bidding. The board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any technicalities in the bidding, to reject any or all bids, and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offers the best proposal.
