Providing new HVAC systems for the Natchez Visitor Center at the Natchez National Historical Park. The existing 4-pipe hydronic system in the 2-story administrative portion of the building shall be replaced with a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system combined with a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) to accommodate outside air distribution. The existing 4-pipe hydronic system in the Exhibit Hall and Bookstore portions of the building shall be replaced with new 4-pipe hydronic system inclusive of a new chiller with 2 pumps, boiler with 2-pumps, and associated appurtenances 2. Alternate #1 is identified on the drawings. This is a deductive scope of work. If this alternate is chosen, the existing 4-pipe system currently serving the entire facility will remain in place to serve the Exhibit Hall and Bookstore only.
