| Description | The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is a law enforcement agency within the U.S. Department of Justice. Its unique responsibilities include protecting our communities from violent criminals, criminal organizations, the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, the illegal use and storage of explosives, acts of arson and bombings, acts of terrorism, and the illegal diversion of alcohol and tobacco products. ATF partners with communities, industries, and law enforcement agencies and public safety agencies to safeguard the public through information sharing, training, research, and the use of technology. The Purpose of this statement of work is to establish procedure for the contractor to provide processing, transportation, storage, and disposal of property/evidence services to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). | ||
