| Description | The project consists of but is not limited to: a pedestrian plaza improvement. Demolition of existing paving, grading, placement of new paving, ADA ramps with handrails, removal and relocation of pedestrian area lighting, planting beds, overstory and ornamental trees, and stormwater service improvements. The project is located on the north side of Redeker at the University of Northern Iowa.
